| What do you need to know to list your property with us? |
 |
Before listing your property with us, we will need to obtain copies or originals (no less than a month old) of the following documents: |

Proof of ownership (ZK izvadak) |
 |
Document confirming the property is in construction zone |
 |
Construction permit (if applicable) |
 |
Location permit (if applicable) |
 |
Any other documents that are applicable (will be identified to you by our Listings Agent) |

We also must sign a vendor’s contract with you. The details of the two kinds of contracts are below: |

Exclusive contract: You will not personally promote or try to sell your property, or will you give it to any other agency to promote. We will in turn give added attention to promoting your property to reward your trust in us, which frequently results in sales being completed more quickly for your benefit. Our commission from you for selling your property in case of exclusive contract is 1% plus VAT. |

Non-exclusive contract: You can personally promote or try to sell your property, as well as give it to some other agency to promote. Our commission from you for selling your property in case of a non-exclusive contract is 2% plus VAT. |
